That's where you come in.

As a Compliance Representative , you are the ultimate combination of a security guard, investigator, and customer service specialist . Your core mission: verify that every party is legitimate, protect our platform from fraud, and support customers when issues arise.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Verify & Authorize: Inspect documents, verify active operating authority, and ensure insurance policies are 100% valid.
• Prevent Fraud: Act as a detective to catch identity theft, fake documents, and suspicious account activities before harm is done.
• Resolve Disputes & Mediate: Calmly assist carriers and brokers with account suspensions, payment disputes, and platform rules.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate, detailed documentation of all investigations and compliance reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional Communication: High-level written and spoken English with strong interpersonal soft skills.
• Critical Thinking & Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for spotting discrepancies and the composure to handle high-pressure cases.

Schedule & Operational Details

• Shift Availability: Openings for shifts ranging between 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM .
• End-of-Month Availability: Mandatory overtime hours required on the last two days of each month.
