Logistics Contract Manage

About the role

This role involves comprehensive management of labor outsourcing, forklift equipment, and pallet contracts across warehouse locations. You will negotiate and manage contract terms with manpower outsourcing agencies, monitor workforce productivity and compliance, oversee equipment rental and maintenance operations, manage pallet pool supply allocation, and review monthly contract expenditures to drive cost control and service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contract terms (unit rates, scope of work, liability limits) with manpower outsourcing agencies for each warehouse location
• Monitor daily/weekly handling productivity (e.g., CBM per man-hour) and ensure appropriate workforce deployment
• Evaluate vendor compliance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor workforce turnover rates
• Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Protection Act and local Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations to prevent workplace accidents
• Manage equipment rental and maintenance contracts for various forklift types tailored to regional operational needs
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules, equipment uptime maximization, and replacement deployment processes during breakdowns
• Review hour-meter-based rental billings and prevent overcharging
• Monitor operator certification status and enforce safe driving practices on-site
• Manage contract terms and supply allocation with standard pallet rental providers
• Conduct regular cycle counts of pallets and monitor inventory turnover rates across warehouses

About you

• Extensive experience in Contract Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Proven track record of managing regional key accounts and delivering sustainable business growth
• Strong understanding of Contract Logistics operations
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
