Position : Logistics Control Tower Agent

Work Location: Taman Tun Dr Ismail ,60000 Kuala Lumpur

Working days/hours : Monday to Friday - 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Work arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOL

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,700 (including allowance, based on experience & skills)

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor real-time logistics network performance and operational systems.
• Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions, delays, and operational incidents.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Manage incident communications and maintain timely stakeholder updates.
• Verify operational data, generate reports, and ensure process compliance.
• Support shipment tracing, dispatch activities, and operational control processes.
• Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Cargo Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience handling shipment coordination, operational issues, or logistics processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across the US and Europe.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Open to supporting future night-shift requirements if needed.

Advantage If You Have

• Customs clearance experience.
• Control tower or operations center experience.
• Incident management and escalation handling.
• Logistics network monitoring experience.
• KPI reporting and operational performance tracking.
