🚛 WE’RE HIRING: LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – AFTERHOURS SUPPORT

📍 Location: 100% Remote (Medellín, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, Cartagena)

💰 Salary: COP $3,200,000

🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

📄 Contract: Full-time

🔎 Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Experience using McLeod.
• English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

📋 Key Responsibilities

1. Track & Trace: Monitor shipments and provide timely updates on their status.
2. Shipment Coordination: Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by following up with carriers and drivers.
3. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve delays, missed pickups, and other transportation issues promptly.
4. Communication: Keep customers, carriers, and internal teams informed of shipment updates and exceptions.
5. System Updates: Maintain accurate shipment information and tracking records in McLeod.
6. After-Hours Support: Monitor ongoing shipments and coordinate urgent situations outside regular business hours.
