What they need
- Facilitation of Export & Import shipments
- Liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders, airlines and transport carriers
- Providing clients with exceptional customer service
- Import/Export Document Processing and Creation
- Arranging & checking documentation
- Coordinating import Customs clearance with the Customs broker
- Checking & approving creditor invoices
- Issuing debtor invoices
- updating all information in tracking system
- Communicate with overseas agent and client for order and shipment arrangement and keep the client updated
Preferred
- At least 3 years experience in logistic industry
- Good English is mandatory
- Familiar with export and import procedure
