Logistics Coordinator

JOB DETAILS:

1. Provides daily delivery schedules based on daily loading form.

2. Plan and organize truck allocation for inhouse and trucking service to accommodate outbound freight and/or KANBAN moves.

3. Prepare in advance all available items in loading area for efficiency of loading of items once the truck arrived.

4. Monitor shipping schedule and oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.

5. Coordinates the cross-usage / rotation of shipping personnel, when necessary.

6. Ensures the tagging, as required, and proper storage of customer product.

7. Ensure no disruption to customer deliveries.

8. Responsible for the training and supervision of shipping personnel.

9. Act as a reliever/support as a checker / helper when needed in delivery.

10. Ensure cleanliness of trucks and loading area.

11. Support and participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize processes.

12. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the company and be proactive in the development of a safe working environment.

13. Assists with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

14. Check daily transactions of Billing section

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of any 4 years course
• With driver's license is an advantage
• Must have atleast 6 months of experience in dispatching
• Computer literate
