Logistics Coordinator

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related courses,
• At least with basic knowledge on Logistics Operation,
• Strong communication skills, able to do multi tasking job,
• Time management & reliability, willingness to worl early/late hours,
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned Macapagal Pasay City.

​Job Description:

• Resposible for Truck booking, monitoring deliveries and Track shipments:
• Dispatch planning and allocate appropriate trucks based on requirements to avoid delays,
• Attend to plant's personnel request for machine transfer, backload or scrap, coils drum and others,
• Provides delivery quotations, billing processing and SAP checking of collected delivery charge,
• Provides delivery receipts and prepares transmittal (DRTRF),
• Prepares incidents report for delivery related concerns,
• Sourceout/call out prospective trucker,
• Monitoring RFID usage (company vehicles).
• Other related tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
