Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, including stock counting, categorization, and reconciliation using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
• Support warehouse distribution activities such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to meet order fulfillment targets.
• Coordinate transportation planning and scheduling for road transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing materials and managing freight arrangements with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
• Monitor regulatory compliance related to international trade regulations, customs documentation, and shipping logistics.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing data and recommending efficiencies in materials handling and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, dispatching schedules, and transportation documentation using tools like AS400 or CMMS systems.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, procurement, and category management.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), freight coordination, and road transportation operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and adhere to transportation safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
• Effective team management skills with the ability to coordinate across departments for shipping & receiving activities.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, packaging standards, materials handling, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Pay: $4,005.10 - $4,800.23 per month
