Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and monitor customer orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor customer orders received through E-Commerce platforms.
• Track orders from processing and dispatch through final delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, store, and delivery teams.
• Monitor stock availability, order preparation, and dispatch status.
• Track deliveries using internal software and ensure timely system updates.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, and failed deliveries.
• Resolve delivery and operational issues and escalate when required.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate shipment records.

Experience & Prerequisites:

• 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, Order Management, or Delivery Coordination preferred.
• Experience in inventory handling is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
• Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
