Logistics Coordinator

Overview

A & P Lux Transportation LLC. is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations and ensure smooth, professional service for clients. This role involves coordinating reservations, communicating with customers and drivers, monitoring schedules, and resolving service issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation bookings, schedules, pickups, and drop-offs
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and operations staff regarding service details
• Monitor schedules and track trips to ensure timely service
• Maintain accurate customer, reservation, and transportation records
• Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and service-related issues
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and account documentation
• Provide professional customer service to clients, including VIP customers
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational documentation
• Support dispatch and daily transportation operations
• Follow company policies and maintain high service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, hospitality, or administration preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with transportation, dispatch, reservation, or scheduling software
• Luxury transportation, hospitality, travel, or concierge experience
• Knowledge of CRM, dispatch, or fleet management systems
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
