Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck bookings and transportation operations.

• Negotiate freight prices with truck partners.

• Coordinate with truck partners and customers to ensure smooth delivery.

• Track shipments and provide timely updates.

• Handle delivery-related issues and coordinate for quick resolution.

• Ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of logistics/transportation.

• Ability to coordinate with customers and truck partners.

• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
