What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate logistics schedules, service dates, vendor commitments, and operational handoffs connected with scheduling, order, transportation, and customer-service workflows.
• Track open movements, orders, or service tasks and keep status records current.
• Communicate timing changes, missing information, and exceptions to customers, crews, vendors, and operations teams.
• Maintain logistics documentation, reference numbers, confirmations, and issue history.
• Resolve routine scheduling or documentation problems and escalate delays that affect customers or operations.
• Prepare status reports and review recurring exceptions for opportunities to improve coordination for One New Creation.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in logistics, inventory, procurement, order management, transportation, or operations support is preferred.
• Strong organization and careful attention to quantities, dates, status updates, and supporting documentation.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, order or inventory systems, shared trackers, and vendor records.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in One New Creation's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
