Logistics coordinator

Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized, be able to multitask, and be a quick learner. You will work directly with internal teams as well as with suppliers and customers.

Key Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate container arrival activities.

• Track containers (traceability) and update arrival dates in our systems.

• Control the costs of transportation, storage, demurrage, detention, etc.

• Other work that arises that is related to this position

Experience & Educational Requirements

· Experience an asset

· Bilingual (English & French)

· Highly Adaptable to Changes in a Fast-paced Environment

· Ability to prioritize work and meet critical objectives and deadlines

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in carrying out assignments through to completion

· Strong Time Management, Organizational, Multi-tasking Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
