Creative Fragrance Zone (CFZ) is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, deliveries, collections, and logistics documentation while ensuring materials and products move efficiently between suppliers, warehouse, production, and clients.

Your Role

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers, couriers, freight companies, and transport providers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and delivery documentation.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.
• Coordinate material movement between suppliers, warehouse, production, and clients.
• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and collection schedules.
• Ensure shipments are properly documented and delivered on time.
• Assist with coordinating the movement of fragrance raw materials, packaging, and finished perfume products.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
• Resolve delivery and shipment issues through effective communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Administration teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, or Operations Coordination is preferred.
• Experience in perfume, cosmetics, manufacturing, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers and service providers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Preference will be given to Arab nationals.

Please Note

Experience with local and international shipments, courier companies, freight forwarders, and customs documentation will be considered an advantage.
