Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a background in freight transportation, carrier negotiation, and customer service to support the day-to-day operations of a growing logistics company.

🕒 Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Col / Est

📍 On site - Medellín

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Manage communication with carriers, drivers, and customers.
• Track and trace shipments and resolve operational issues.
• Negotiate rates with carriers.
• Assist with quoting, documentation, and invoicing processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, freight transportation, or freight brokerage.
• Experience with rate negotiation, shipment tracking, and customer service .
• Proficiency with TMS platforms and logistics software.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
