Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

Parkway Scientific LLC. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, inventory, supply coordination, and daily operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, tracking materials, maintaining accurate records, and working in a professional science and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, pickups, and supply orders
• Track inventory, laboratory supplies, equipment, and incoming/outgoing materials
• Maintain accurate shipping records, reports, and operational documentation
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays or logistics issues
• Assist with purchasing, order processing, and supply replenishment
• Prepare reports and maintain data using Excel and other office systems
• Ensure shipments and records follow company procedures and quality standards
• Support daily administrative and operational activities as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, operations, or coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
