Logistics Coordinator

PUSTA'S TRANSPORTATION, LLC is looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to help manage daily freight and transportation operations. You’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and customers, track deliveries, and help keep operations running safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, freight schedules, and dispatch activities
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and customers
• Track shipments and resolve delays or scheduling issues
• Prepare bills of lading, rate confirmations, invoices, and other documents
• Assist with routing, load planning, and dispatch operations
• Maintain accurate transportation records and operational reports
• Support billing and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety requirements
• Provide professional, responsive customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Logistics, transportation, dispatch, freight, or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and logistics software
• TMS, DAT, Truckstop, McLeod, or similar experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish or Russian is a plus
