Job Summary

Orangeburg County Broadband is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support broadband service operations and keep installations, service requests, and daily activities running smoothly. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and helping customers stay connected.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate broadband installations, service requests, and technical support appointments.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and community partners.
• Track project milestones, service schedules, and operational records.
• Maintain accurate customer information, documentation, and reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.
• Support broadband deployment, outreach, and customer adoption initiatives.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Help resolve service issues and ensure requests are handled efficiently.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, logistics, telecommunications, or office administration preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable explaining technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management software.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Broadband, ISP, or networking experience is helpful but not required.
