Provide logistic support to the entire Purchasing & Technical operations by optimizing logistics processes, initiatives and strategies.
DUTIES:
- Enable and facilitate routine consolidated shipments on identified main hubs in coordination with purchasing, technical team, and forwarders
- Issue Purchase Orders on all forwarding-related transactions
- Process invoices on all forwarding-related transactions.
- Submit regular logistics report to Technical & Purchasing management
- Initiate regular stakeholder feedback sessions with Technical & Purchasing department
- Assist on ad-hoc urgent & high-ticket shipment arrangement, as required
- Conduct freight forwarding analysis / benchmarking, as required
