Logistics Coordinator

Doe Branch Boat & RV Storage, LLC. is hiring a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to support daily boat and RV storage operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate customer move-ins, move-outs, reservations, and storage assignments.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and management to resolve requests and issues.
• Maintain accurate leases, customer accounts, invoices, and facility records.
• Track storage availability, equipment, supplies, and maintenance needs.
• Schedule inspections, maintenance, and vendor services.
• Prepare reports and support daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Follow company safety, security, and facility procedures.
• Help improve customer service and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in logistics, storage, property management, customer service, or facility operations is a plus.
