Logistics Coordinator

1. Customer Inquiry & Order Management - Receive and process customer shipping request (import/export by sea/air).
2. Shipment Coordination Support - Track shipment status from origin to destination.
3. Documentation support - Assist customers with required shipping documents.
4. Issue resolution - Handle customer complaints (delay, damaged cargo, demurrage charges).
5. Record Keeping & Reporting - Maintain customer service log (inquiries, quotes, complaints).

Requirements

1. Minimum diploma holder.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team.
3. Good interpersonal skill and able to work with minimum supervision.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
5. Fluent (written and spoken) in English and Malay. Able to converse in Chinese will be an advantage.
6. Computer literate (Ms Office).
