Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee dispatch operations, sample distributions, reverse logistics, and inventory record-keeping while coordinating smoothly with our internal QC, accounting, and production floor teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch & Sample Coordination: Supervise the packaging and dispatch of product samples and finished goods, directing labors on staging and loading.
• Receiving & Internal Handoffs: Log incoming raw materials, verify physical counts against delivery receipts, and hand over stock to the QC person for inspection.
• Floor & Stock Coordination: Work with the Floor Incharge to track finished goods ready for dispatch and maintain stock logs (batch numbers, expiry dates, FIFO).
• Reverse Logistics: Manage incoming returned or incorrect materials, coordinate QC re-inspection, and organize replacement dispatches.
• Vendor & Account Clearance: Track courier and transport deliveries, resolve transit delays, and verify transport bills before handing them to the Accountant for payment.

Key Internal Interfaces:

• Floor Incharge: Handing over raw materials and receiving finished goods.
• QC Person: Escalating incoming material discrepancies and return checks.
• Accountant: Submitting verified transport bills, e-way bills, and dispatch receipts.
• Labours: Directing daily packing, loading, and unloading tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
