Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily movement, release, and delivery of dressed chicken products from the dressing plant. The role ensures accurate scheduling, proper documentation, timely dispatch, and effective coordination with Production, Sales, drivers, and customers to support smooth and efficient distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Management Accounting, or any related course

• Experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, or food manufacturing is an advantage

• Knowledge of inventory monitoring, delivery coordination, and logistics documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules, delivery arrangements, and movement of dressed chicken products

• Monitor product releases, delivery status, quantities, and required logistics documents for accuracy

• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Warehouse, drivers, and other concerned teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery

• Maintain organized records of deliveries, dispatches, receiving documents, and other logistics-related transactions

• Monitor delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies, and coordinate appropriate actions to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
