Duties

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Track freight movements and provide shipment updates
• Communicate with drivers, customers, warehouses, and carriers
• Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and load paperwork
• Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems
• Assist with load planning and dispatch support
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve service issues
• Maintain organized shipping records and documentation
• Support logistics and operations teams with daily administrative tasks

Experience

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is highly desirable
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international freight processes is a plus
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions for operational efficiency
