Logistics Coordinator

COMPASS VAN & STORAGE CORP. is hiring a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to support moving, storage, and transportation operations. You’ll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and drivers, manage documentation, and help ensure moves and deliveries are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and commercial moves, pickups, deliveries, and storage services
• Schedule drivers, moving crews, warehouse activities, and transportation resources
• Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors, and operations teams
• Track orders, schedules, inventory, and service updates
• Maintain accurate moving, storage, inventory, and billing documentation
• Assist with warehouse and storage coordination
• Resolve scheduling issues and provide timely solutions
• Support safe, efficient, and high-quality logistics operations

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, moving, storage, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with dispatch, TMS, CRM, or inventory systems is a plus
