Logistics Coordinator

SMILE MOVING & STORAGE INC. is looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to support moving, storage, and transportation operations. You’ll coordinate customer moves, schedules, crews, drivers, documentation, and storage activities while helping ensure every job is completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and commercial moves from scheduling through completion
• Schedule movers, drivers, trucks, and storage resources
• Communicate with customers and provide updates on move status and timelines
• Maintain estimates, inventory records, work orders, invoices, and other documentation
• Coordinate storage assignments, inventory tracking, and warehouse activities
• Monitor schedules, routes, and move progress
• Help resolve scheduling issues and customer concerns
• Support safe, efficient, and high-quality daily operations

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, moving, transportation, storage, dispatch, or customer service preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with CRM, TMS, dispatch, or inventory systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
