Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with basic experience handling FCL and LCL ocean shipments.

We are a small company looking for someone who is organized, responsible, a quick learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. CargoWise experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FCL and LCL shipments from booking through delivery.
• Handle bookings, documentation, tracking, and shipment updates.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cutoffs, and shipment deadlines.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, truckers, warehouses, and overseas agents.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipment information and documentation in CargoWise.
• Provide customers with timely status updates.
• Assist with resolving operational issues and shipment delays.
• Support the operations team with daily logistics activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
• Basic experience handling FCL and LCL ocean shipments.
• Basic knowledge of international shipping documentation and procedures.
• CargoWise experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
