What they need
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules, truck assignments, and product releases with transport and warehouse teams
- Work closely with production, sales, and driving teams to ensure perishable or processed goods move out on time
- Handle shipping papers, bills of lading, and inventory logs while following local food safety and quality guidelines
- Track shipments in real time, fix delivery delays, and handle routing issues caused by traffic or weather
- Monitor gas consumption, odometer and PMS Schedule
About you
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related courses
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- 1 to 2 years experience in supply chain, warehousing, or food distribution preferred
