Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

Cross Border Online Supply Chain LLC. is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory, and transportation operations. You’ll coordinate shipments, documentation, carriers, suppliers, customs partners, and fulfillment teams to keep orders moving smoothly from origin to final delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, deliveries, and order fulfillment
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses
• Prepare and maintain BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documents, and shipping records
• Track shipments, ETAs, customs clearance, and delivery status
• Support inventory control, replenishment, and order processing
• Maintain accurate logistics data in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
• Assist with import/export compliance and documentation
• Monitor transportation costs, performance, and operational KPIs
• Resolve shipping issues and coordinate with customer service teams
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce delays

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, import/export, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is a plus
• Knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping is preferred
• E-commerce experience with platforms such as Shopify or Amazon is a plus
