Logistics Coordinator

• Manage complete dispatch planning and execution.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan, etc.).
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per schedule.
• Share dispatch details with concerned parties and customers.
• Maintain dispatch records and documentation properly.
• Track dispatched material and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues with transporters or customers.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams for dispatch planning.
• Ensure proper packing and loading of materials.
• Follow up for pending dispatches and updates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
