Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

Djomaly Productions is seeking an organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to support scheduling, transportation, event logistics, and day-to-day operations. This role coordinates schedules, vendors, travel arrangements, documentation, and event requirements to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate event schedules, transportation, deliveries, and logistics.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, clients, drivers, and internal teams.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, equipment, and event-related resources.
• Maintain accurate schedules, contracts, invoices, and logistics records.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and event requirements while resolving delays or scheduling issues.
• Use spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to maintain operational information.
• Support event setup, coordination, and post-event logistics.
• Assist with vendor coordination and developing reliable business relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, coordination, event operations, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Flexible availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and scheduled events.

Pay: $24.40 - $27.95 per hour
