Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator Preferably female with spouse visa, to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire logistics process, including inventory management, shipment coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will play a key role in optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Manage and oversee shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any logistical issues.
• Track shipments, ensure proper documentation, and resolve any issues related to customs, shipping, or delivery.
• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
• Plan and manage logistics to optimize transportation costs and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and finance to coordinate processes.
• Prepare and submit accurate logistics reports, shipping schedules, and other required documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
