Logistics Coordinator

Job Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or atleast with 6 months experience
• Relevant course to the position
• Technical proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, word, power point
• Good written and verbal communication
• Good team member

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods
• Arranges transportation, schedules staff, and deliveries to customers' demand
• Follow sales orders to prepare goods stated for delivery
• Must be able to communicate effectively with couriers and other operational departments
• Meet and accomplish monthly quality objectives
• Ensure proper documentation of logistics and warehouse
• Other task assigned by management
