Logistics Coordinator

Social Buzzn is seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations, workflow coordination, customer onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, improving processes, and keeping teams and projects on track.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily operational workflows, schedules, and project activities
• Support customer onboarding, account coordination, and ongoing service needs
• Coordinate timelines, product updates, campaigns, and internal projects
• Monitor operational KPIs, customer activity, and workflow performance
• Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and project trackers
• Coordinate content, project, and delivery schedules to meet deadlines
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Use CRM and project management systems to track tasks and workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization
• Assist with testing new tools and documenting feedback and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, customer success, or account management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with CRM, project management, or workflow platforms
• Analytical mindset and ability to track performance metrics

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello
• Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics, automation, or AI-powered tools
