Role Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, including order processing, dispatch, transportation, delivery tracking, documentation, and coordination between Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations as per business requirements.
• Plan and coordinate transportation, routes, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales teams, transporters, dealers, and customers.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor pending, delayed, returned, and undelivered shipments and take corrective action.
• Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/transport documents and other logistics records.
• Coordinate order processing and ensure accurate dispatch documentation.
• Monitor transporter performance, freight costs, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and driver/transport partner requirements.
• Maintain daily logistics MIS covering dispatch, delivery, pending shipments, returns and transportation costs.
• Resolve delivery-related issues, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance for freight bills, transporter invoices and documentation.
• Ensure proper POD collection and maintain delivery records.
• Support inventory movement between warehouse, branches, dealers, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics processes and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain or Transportation Coordination.
• Experience in retail distribution / consumer electronics / FMCG preferred.
• Good knowledge of dispatch, delivery and transportation processes.
• Experience handling transporters and delivery partners.
• Knowledge of GST, E-way Bill, invoices, LR and POD documentation.
• Good Excel/MS Office skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills.
