We are an international trading company specialising in glass and façade materials, supporting projects across Asia and the Middle East. Our lean team manages the full process from supplier to final delivery, so every team member plays a visible role in getting projects delivered on time.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments from our suppliers to our customers. You will work closely with our Procurement & Logistics Lead to make sure goods move on schedule, documents are correct, and issues are spotted and solved early.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers and customers
• Arrange bookings, pickups and deliveries, and confirm shipping schedules
• Prepare and check shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
• Handle import and export documentation and permits, and support Letter of Credit (LC) document requirements
• Monitor supplier production and readiness dates against delivery timelines
• Track shipments and follow up on delays, damages or document discrepancies
• Compare freight quotations and help find cost-effective shipping options
• Maintain accurate shipment records, trackers and filing
• Provide regular status updates to the Procurement & Logistics Lead and management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping or freight coordination (trading or construction materials is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with shipping documents and sea freight
• Familiarity with Incoterms; experience with LCs or TradeNet permits is an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several shipments at once
• Able to work independently and follow through without close supervision
• Proficient in MS Excel and email communication

Language Requirements

• English
• Mandarin (Chinese), as the role involves daily communication with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and logistics partners in China
