Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator supports the efficient movement of goods across the supply chain while also assisting with the company’s fleet management activities. The role coordinates with third-party logistics providers, maintains logistics and fleet documentation, monitors vehicle-related expenses and records, and works with internal teams to help resolve operational concerns and ensure smooth, cost-effective operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with 3PL providers for the movement of goods and support regional logistics requirements.
• Identify and report shipping or receiving inefficiencies, discrepancies, delays, and other logistics concerns.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, including invoices, shipping manifests, and other related documents.
• Verify 3PL invoices and coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Logistics, and Operations.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance, repairs, service history, registration, insurance, and renewals.
• Prepare monthly fleet expense reports and support annual maintenance reporting and budgeting.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for logistics and fleet-related requirements.
• Track fleet expenses and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Support sourcing of logistics and fleet service providers and process related requests for approval and payment.
• Assist with delivery loading/unloading, petty cash liquidation, RFID monitoring, and other administrative or special-project requirements when needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or other ERP System
