Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator (Primary & Secondary) oversees daily fleet operations, driver dispatching, and cargo transport to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery schedules and route plotting with Primary Drivers from terminals to plant destinations.
• Coordinate with Secondary Drivers and manage the dispatching of stake trucks servicing company - owned & franchised stores, BG Commercial, Flying-V, and Dealers.
• Monitor product transport to guarantee strictly on-time deliveries.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, safety, and proper vehicle utilization.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Engineering or BSBA - Logistics / Supply Chain or any related course
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and supportively within a team
• Adept in effective planning and scheduling of deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in supply chain management
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
• Maintain good and quality service towards the customers
• Preferably can start as soon as possible
• Can work Monday to Saturday
• Willing to be assigned in Murcia, Negros Occidental

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
