Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, with a strong focus on warehouse management, inventory control, 3PL performance and transportation coordination .

This role will be responsible for monitoring inventory movements, ensuring warehouse operational accuracy, tracking logistics KPIs and working closely with external logistics partners and internal Supply Chain teams to maintain service levels while identifying opportunities to improve cost and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where coordination, problem solving and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control warehouse inventory, coordinating the movement of products and materials into and out of warehouse operations.
• Monitor 3PL performance , including warehouse, transportation and value-added service activities.
• Track and analyze operational and contractual KPIs, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, cycle counts, stock reconciliations and physical inventory activities.
• Support inventory optimization by identifying excess inventory, inventory risks and opportunities to improve service, cost and working capital.
• Coordinate warehouse inbound and outbound capacity, supporting accurate and timely loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure proper execution of warehouse processes including deliveries, returns, inventory counts and stock movements .
• Coordinate replenishment activities with external manufacturing and logistics partners.
• Support purchase order management related to warehousing, transportation, packaging and labeling activities.
• Coordinate labeling, re-labeling and other value-added service requirements, defining operational priorities and monitoring execution.
• Monitor inventory management practices including FEFO, product quality and stock risk .
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, incidents and non-conformities, coordinating claims and corrective actions with the appropriate logistics partners.
• Track logistics incidents through resolution and support recovery of costs associated with losses, damages or operational discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain regular inventory, logistics and operational performance reports.
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to warehousing and transportation operations .
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Planning, Quality, International Trade and Marketing .

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in logistics operations who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and operational priorities.

Preferred experience and knowledge:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management or supply chain operations .
• Experience working with 3PL providers and/or transportation partners .
• Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory practices such as FEFO, stock analysis and inventory accuracy .
• Experience monitoring operational KPIs and identifying corrective actions.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint ; Power BI knowledge is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
• Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work effectively across different teams and external logistics partners.
