What they need
- Ensure the efficient and professional execution of all Logistics Department activities, including receiving, warehousing, packaging, and shipping operations.
- Maintain full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and departmental procedures.
- Accurately receive incoming goods and record transactions in accordance with company standards using SAP.
- Track, monitor, and manage inventory movements and storage locations through SAP to ensure data accuracy and inventory control.
- Maintain and organize all logistics-related documentation, including receiving records, delivery documents, and customer paperwork.
- Foster professional and effective relationships with external partners, including carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Perform required inspections of outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with shipping requirements.
- Address receiving discrepancies, such as damaged, incorrect, or missing materials, by following established procedures and collaborating with relevant local and global teams.
- Utilize SAP and other internal systems consistently and accurately to support daily logistics operations.
- Support Lean Management and 5S initiatives by identifying and reporting safety concerns, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient work environment at all times.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented approach by performing additional duties and responsibilities as required to support departmental goals
