Logistics Coordinator

Liaise with IKO Transport to organise loading of goods out and prepare required despatch documentation.

Liaise with Grangemill production staff to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Control goods in/out and receive goods/services onto the system.

Organise and manage the administration of vehicle/equipment hire.

Answer incoming telephone calls and re-route to appropriate department.

Manage goods in/out.

Welcome visitors to the site.

Receive goods/services onto system.

Manage bookings for all meeting rooms for Grangemill site.

Carry out office administration duties as required.

Adhere to and process any documentation relating to Health, Safety and Environment.

Assist with goods despatch including holiday cover.
