- Maintain a compliance tracker and escalate upcoming expiries ahead of deadlines
- Make sure all movements meet UAE federal axle-load regulations and site-specific HSE requirements
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Maintain accurate job records, including job references, vehicle allocation, rates, tolls and invoice references
- Reconcile Salik, Darb and fuel consumption per vehicle to support accurate customer billing
- Support month-end closing with verified operational data for sales, purchase and margin reporting
- Prepare operational performance reports for management review
Stakeholder and Partner Management
- Build strong working relationships with customers, subcontracted fleet partners and port authorities
- Handle service queries and complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
- Support the onboarding and performance evaluation of transport partners
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in road transport or logistics operations within the UAE
- Thorough working knowledge of UAE road networks, port procedures, free zone gate pass systems and Salik/Darb toll operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Zoho Books, ERP or Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable
- Exceptional numerical accuracy, organisational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
Preferred
- Experience in cold chain or temperature-controlled logistics
- Familiarity with container haulage, heavy-lift and abnormal-load operations
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam in addition to English
What We Offer
- Competitive remuneration package
