Job Overview

Mills Performance Supply Chain Consulting is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to coordinate transportation activities, monitor shipments, and ensure efficient logistics operations. The ideal candidate will communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues, minimize delays, and maintain reliable delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, transportation schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Track shipments, monitor ETAs, and resolve delays or logistical issues.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, reports, and logistics documentation.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Support inventory coordination and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics or transportation management systems.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational efficiency.

Pay: $25.49 - $28.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
