Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

Seven Whales Supply Chain (USA) Co., Ltd. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international shipping, procurement, inventory management, and distribution operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, communicating with suppliers and logistics partners, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely, cost-effective supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, transportation schedules, and order fulfillment.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve delays or logistics issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, purchase orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, and inventory reports.
• Support procurement planning, inventory control, replenishment, and demand forecasting.
• Update and maintain accurate records in ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
• Monitor freight costs, carrier performance, and operational KPIs to identify improvements.
• Assist with supplier coordination, freight claims, customs clearance, and import/export compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation, procurement, or inventory management preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with international partners.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, shipping documentation, and import/export procedures is an advantage.
• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $25.80 - $29.20 per hour
