Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an associate to perform a variety of Operations tasks provided by the management or requested by our internal department.

An Associates responsibilities include working on Zoho Desk under the ticket module , should be feasible to work on different services , Creating and Updating accounts, contacts in the DATABASE DB as per the inter-department requests (e.g. Sales, Talent Ops), and communicating with the respective departments through emails and over the call. To be successful in this role, the Associate must be good in communication skills (Both written and spoken), have a basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Responsibilities manage the data for company assets such as Laptops, TFTs, HID Cards etc.

Perform reconciliation activities to maintain the hygiene of the data in the DATABASE. Initiate the approvals to the given approval authorities/database owners through emails for any changes are made in any database.Schedule teams calendar according to the customer requirement on daily basis.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate in any stream.
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• Basic understanding of Excel
• Hands on Teams and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
