Key Responsibilities for Export Operations

• Documentation Management: Prepare and verify critical export documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (BOL/SWB), and Certificates of Origin (COO).
• Customs & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws, file Automated Export System (AES) entries, and manage Letters of Credit (LC) requirements.
• Carrier Coordination: Book cargo space with shipping lines (ocean) and airlines (air), negotiate competitive freight rates, and coordinate with freight forwarders and drayage partners.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor end-to-end transit from the warehouse to the destination port, providing regular status updates to overseas agents and clients.
• Specialized Skills & Requirements
• International Trade Knowledge: Expertise in Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) and global trade regulations.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to use Freight Forwarding software, ERP systems (like SAP), and electronic filing systems for customs.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for liaising with overseas agents, port authorities, and diverse international clients.
• Detail Orientation: High precision in documentation to prevent "shipment hold" situations at international borders.

Pay: ₹10,028.51 - ₹40,628.07 per month
