Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales team on the transshipment and freight arrangements.

• Liaise with supplier warehouses and logistics partners.

• Communicate and coordinate closely with sales team & suppliers

• Coordinate communication between departments, site teams, contractors, clients, and project management

• Follow up on schedules, ETD/ETA, shipment status.

• Prepare and monitor documents, invoices and other relevant documentation.

• Maintain proper delivery records and provide timely updates to management.

• Follow up closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Assist in resolving operational issues when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM ,experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or project coordination is an advantages
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or import/export coordination.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is strongly preferred, as the role requires frequent communication with China and Taiwan counterparts.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up independently.
• Able to handle multiple shipments and work under timeline pressure.

物流 / 项目协调员岗位职责

• 物流跟进： 联系司机跟进发货及到货情况，及时向团队及项目更新物流信息。
• 卸货协调： 提前协调项目卸货及货物接收事宜，必要时到场处理。
• 突发处理： 及时处理司机运输过程中的突发问题。
• 跟进项目进度，并向项目总监汇报每日工作情况
• 跟进材料及设备供应，并做好库存记录

任职要求

• 至少拥有 SPM 学历高中及以上学历。
• 具备建筑工程、现场协调或项目行政经验者优先考虑
• 能够流利使用中文/华语及马来文，以便与中文客户、合作伙伴、现场团队及其他相关单位有效沟通
• 具备良好的组织、沟通及解决问题能力
• 责任心强、积极主动、注重细节，并具备团队合作精神
• 欢迎应届毕业生申请，公司将提供培训及工作指导
• 主要通过电话沟通协调，非必要情况无需到办公室办公。
