Job Description

Future Workplace is looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage deliveries, transportation schedules, and coordination of furniture and flooring materials for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and transportation schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, drivers, and installation teams.
• Monitor order dispatches and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.
• Maintain delivery records, inventory documentation, and logistics reports.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of logistics coordination experience in the UAE.
• Experience in furniture, flooring, or construction-related logistics preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE routes and delivery procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics documentation.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
