Logistics Coordinator

Job Purpose:

Coordinate and monitor daily logistics workforce operations to ensure efficient service delivery and business continuity. Act as a key point of coordination between clients, operational staff, and internal departments to address operational needs and maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor workforce attendance, performance, productivity, and operational compliance.
• Coordinate workforce allocation, deployment, onboarding, accommodation, and transportation.
• Follow up on workforce administrative requirements and employment documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to manage workforce requests, staffing needs, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate workforce records, operational reports, and service-level agreement (SLA) tracking.
• Support client account management, contract follow-ups, service expansion, and new project requirements.
• Monitor billing data, invoice accuracy, payment follow-ups, and financial discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client and workforce requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or workforce operations.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating large operational workforces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong reporting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
