Salary Range- 20-25 k pm

Location- Sakinaka

Timing- 10.30 am to 7.30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of advertising materials, including banners, standees, flex, signage, display units, and promotional merchandise.
• Manage logistics for branding installations, outdoor advertising campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, fabricators, installers, and field teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Plan delivery schedules, vehicle allocation, routes, and material dispatches.
• Track shipments and ensure materials reach the correct locations within the required timelines.
• Maintain inventory records, stock registers, dispatch documents, delivery challans, and other logistics paperwork.
• Coordinate with the production, creative, accounts, and operations teams to meet project requirements.
• Monitor material handling, loading, unloading, installation, and collection of campaign materials wherever applicable.
• Verify vendor bills, transportation expenses, and logistics costs against approved budgets.
• Resolve delivery delays, material shortages, and on-site logistical issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure cost-effective transportation and safe handling of advertising materials.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, dispatch, or vendor coordination, preferably in an advertising, printing, branding, or event management company.
• Good knowledge of transportation planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to vendor locations, warehouses, event venues, or installation sites when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
